Genetics

Genetics is a term that refers to the study of genes and their role in inheritance. Our knowledge of the genetic basis for disease has expanded exponentially in the last few decades. In the future, these discoveries will guide the evaluation and treatment of patients and their families.

This site, developed by the LEND Genetics Workgroup, was created to provide a central location for LEND programs to access useful genetics related resources to incorporate into their training programs.

On this site, you will find training resources used by LEND programs, links to useful websites and additional information such as upcoming events and related articles. As you review these resources, please take a moment to provide your feedback (in the box on the upper right of this page). This feedback will inform us on whether these resources are useful to your training program and suggest gaps where additional materials are needed.

If you would like to add a resource or have questions about these materials, please contact Jackie Czyzia at AUCD.

We Want Your Feedback!

THANK YOU for YOUR FEEDBACK!

I will use resources from this site in my current work.
