Clinical Faculty-Interdisciplinary Training Director, Center on Disabilities and Human Development, Moscow, ID
Posted: Monday, July 25, 2022The position will act as liaison between faculty in a variety of disciplines on and off-campus; develop an interdisciplinary program and curriculum by collaborating with faculty and other UCEDD programs; work with an interdisciplinary training coordinator to expand the interdisciplinary training program; provide oversight of training program budget; seek and secure additional funding; analyze training program data to write reports, draft articles for publication, and present at state and national conferences; participate as a faculty member in an aligned college/department; serve on state, regional, national, and/or university committees; participate as a member of the CDHD innovative leadership team working to improve lives of people with disabilities and their families; and participate as a faculty member in the Utah Regional LEND program.
Position Required Qualifications:
Education:
Doctoral degree in education, special education, psychology, or another human service-related field.
Experience:
- Experience in college level teaching related to disabilities;
- Experience designing and conducting community-based training and professional development activities related to serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families;
- Demonstrated record of scholarly productivity;
- Demonstrated grant writing abilities.
