Evaluation Manager

The University of Kentucky Human Development Institute Evaluation Manager is critical to the Evaluation Unit achieving its goals by providing formative and summative evaluation services for 15 nationwide and statewide implementation projects; Managing and building evaluation capacity among data analysts on specific evaluation processes and procedures; reviews and provides feedback on evaluation deliverables and processes; and contributes to enhancing the quality of evaluation services so that the Unit continues to provide actionable high quality services to programs.

This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the HDI through research, education and outreach. This position will contribute to a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
