Job Posting: Project Coordinator at the UNC TEACCH Autism Program

We are recruiting a full-time clinical research coordinator to support a PCORI-funded study on suicide prevention for adolescents and young adults on the autism spectrum. This 5-year study is a multi-site hybrid effectiveness-implementation trial. Ideal start date is early 2022.

Job description: The Project Coordinator will work with Dr. Brenna Maddox at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and other study team members to provide research support. The responsibilities will focus on coordinating communication across multiple recruitment sites, assisting with the integration of study procedures into the clinical workflow at UNC, and supporting research assistants. Additional responsibilities include coordinating IRB and regulatory processes; conducting qualitative interviews about intervention acceptability and feasibility with participants; and assisting with the qualitative data analyses. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, and experience working within a research environment.
