Director of Diagnostic Evaluation Services, Munroe-Meyer Institute - University of Nebraska Medical Center

The integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (iCASD) at the Munroe-Meyer Institute is recruiting for a faculty-level Director of Diagnostic Evaluation Services. This new director will join a dynamic and growing interdisciplinary center within MMI that focuses on evidence-based diagnostic and intervention services across the lifespan, as well as community outreach and clinical research.

This faculty position will involve oversight of existing interdisciplinary diagnostic services within iCASD. The director will also be responsible for implementation of new interdisciplinary diagnostic models to meet patient needs in a timely manner. This position includes implementing processes to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care. The new director is expected to develop partnerships with educational and community organizations to support continuity of care.  The development of clinical research within MMI and collaboration across other academic institutions, including an openness to applying for internal and extramural funding is highly encouraged. The newly selected director will have resources for program development and expansion and recruitment of ASD specialized providers. The Director of Diagnostic Evaluation Services will report directly to the Director of iCASD at the Munroe-Meyer Institute.

 

Required Qualifications:

All candidates should have a doctoral degree from an accredited program with specialty training in autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Salary and benefits are competitive. Review of applications begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
