Social Worker - Case Manager (ETE), Phoenix/Flagstaff, AZ

These case management positions will work with the ASPIRE (Achieving Success by Promoting Readiness for Education and Employment) Program. Interventions with minors in supplemental social security income and their families will include: case management, benefits analysis and planning, paid employment prior to leaving school, parent education and training, youth self-determination training, family financial education, stability and skill building.

We are hiring for two positions in the Phoenix area and one position in the Flagstaff area.
