Post-Doctoral Fellowships - Munroe-Meyer Institute, University of Nebraska Medical Center

FELLOWSHIPS available for one year beginning July 1, 2008. Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a member of the Association of University Centers on Disabilities is offering fellowships supported by the LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) Program sponsored by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau. Fellowships are designed to provide interdisciplinary clinical and leadership training in the provision of health and related care for children and adolescents with developmental and related disabilities and their families. Fellowships are available in administration, developmental medicine, genetics, health policy, nursing, nutrition, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychology, social work, special education, and speech-language pathology. Applicants must have completed their doctoral defense by June 30, 2008. Stipends are commensurate with experience and qualifications and contingent upon receipt of funding. Screening of applications will begin January 2, 2008. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or have a permanent resident visa.
