This brochures is targeted at parents and caregivers. My Family Disaster Plan offers tips and suggestions on how a family can think ahead and plan ahead for any disaster including putting a plan together that addresses water and food needs, shelter and supplies, communication and the community.
My Family Disaster Plan was developed by experts from the National Center for Disaster Preparedness (NCDP) at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and was supported by a grant from "Idol Gives Back."
