The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to invite applications to stimulate innovative collaborative research in the NCATS' Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) consortium. PAR-15-173 encourages X02 pre-applications for the CTSA Innovation Award Program. X02 applications will be evaluated by outside experts, and applicants whose X02 pre-applications are found to be meritorious and programmatically relevant will be notified of the opportunity to submit a full application in response to this U01 FOA.
