2020 Disability Policy Seminar

The Disability Policy Seminar is the premier opportunity to cultivate champions on Capitol Hill and advance the grassroots movement for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Join AUCD, the Arc, the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD),the Autism Society of America (ASA), the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD), the National Down Syndrome Congress (NDSC), Self-Advocates Becoming Empowered (SABE), and United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) as we learn about and advocate for access to health care and community living supports, and bedrock civil rights protections.

  • The Renaissance Hotel has very limited availability for the Seminar. See the DPS hotel page for information on getting on a hotel waiting list and contacting nearby hotels to inquire about availability.
  • If reserving multiple rooms for DPS, please call the Marriott Reservations line, 1-888-236-2427. Mention that you are attending DPS at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, D.C. They will assist with making multiple reservations.
