Research from several states has shown that clients who receive benefits planning are more likely to gain employment and have successful Vocational Rehabilitation closures. Studies in Wisconsin, Vermont, Utah and Connecticut and many more show that benefits planning leads to better employment outcomes for VR clients. CDS provides three distinct and synergistic services for DVR clients and DVR as an agency. Component 1: Personalized benefits planning for DVR clients. Component 2: Benefits training for DVR staff and community partners. Component 3: Referral to partner agencies. |
