Through a network of account representatives throughout the state, this program provides statewide disability resources and employment services to assist Tennessee businesses in recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees with disabilities. Our Center has a long-standing commitment to developing a strong and diverse workforce through participatory research, exemplary trainings and innovative approaches. We address this commitment through services to workforce development trainers, literacy practitioners, employers and schools in an effort to build networks of support for those typically challenged in gaining and retaining a satisfying career. |
