Project Description
IU shall train the ODDC and their partners, who will implement the FEAT trainings statewide through the provision of the following activities:

Consult online with ODDC regarding planning the FEAT train-the-trainer event.
Conduct eight one-hour FEAT Training Webinars (to be recorded and archived) for ODDC designated trainers to prepare for the first delivery of FEAT.
Travel to Oklahoma City and work with ODDC and other state FEAT team partners to:
o Implement Part I and Part II of the FEAT train-the-trainer session.
o Conduct a follow-up debriefing regarding FEAT train-the-trainer session.
 For this, ODDC shall identify and provide meeting space.
 ODDC shall be responsible for travel, meals and accommodations of ODDC staff and team members.
 IU shall be responsible for costs associated with their travel, lodging and per diem (to be included in the deliverable costs).
Travel to Oklahoma City and assist with implementing Part 1 and Part 2 of the first scheduled FEAT family training in the state
o ODDC shall identify and provide meeting space

Follow-up consultation with ODDC via phone, email, or video conferencing with ODDC regarding implementation of FEAT.
Consult with ODDC regarding the implementation of follow-up individual and group technical assistance with participants who attended FEAT.
Conduct fidelity of implementation assessment and provide ODDC a written report on fidelity at FEAT train-the-trainer and first scheduled FEAT training.
IU shall work jointly with ODDC to identify and report outcomes for the contract.
ODDC acknowledges Family Employment Awareness Training (FEAT) was developed at the Beach Center on Disability at the University of Kansas, and all FEAT materials are copyrighted and licensed through the KU Innovation and Collaboration; therefore, it is not readily available outside of the university.
