Research: Research activities have focused on serving as a resource and referral agent for the recruitment of subjects for multiple studies. Involvement with studies conducted at the Ohio State University Nisonger Center as well as the Nationwide Children?s Hospital include: psychopharmacological trials for ADHD and autism, behavior management and autism, gastrointestinal aspects in autism, as well as a research database for autism.

Professional Areas of Interest and Expertise
Professional interests include early intervention, diagnostic assessments, interdisciplinary team function and training, family dynamics as well as cultural aspects of rural populations in the field of developmental disabilities.  Coauthored four articles on service systems and diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental disabilities in rural areas.
