Vita/Bio

Ms. King is the Assistive Technology Program Coordinator at the Institute on Disabilities. Her work is primarily focused on disaster/ emergency preparedness activities for Pennsylvanians with disabilities and the Reused and Exchanged Equipment Partnership (REEP), the Commonwealth's statewide program under the federal Assistive Technology Act of 2004 (Pennsylvania's Initiative on Assistive Technology [PIAT]). Ms. King has a Master of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
