Product Description:

The purpose of the HCBS Quality Measures Stakeholder Feedback Project was to engage a wide array of Vermonters who interact with the State's Medicaid-funded Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) in conversations about a state-led initiative to measure the quality of these services. This report shares feedback from a statewide advisory committee and 16 listening sessions with people receiving HCBS.
