Product Description:

Green Mountain Self-Advocates created and piloted this training for recipients of HCBS, including people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, to understand how to give feedback on the CAHPS survey. We designed the training with Hands-on learning, Real-life examples, Visual cues, building on what people already know. People with lived experience wrote the script and activities. Peer trainers led pilot sessions, making sure everything felt relatable, with plain language exercises.
