Project Description:

CLD is collaborating with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency as a contractor on their Disability Innovation Fund: Pathways to Partnerships grant: https://gvs.georgia.gov/pathways-partnerships-grant-project.CLD is serving in two roles: (a) external evaluator for the project, and (b) training and technical assistance provider for the CILs and LEAs collaborating on the project.
