        Project Description:
This project is an external evaluation of Minot State's five-year grant from the Department of Education to support competitive integrative employment in North Dakota. The Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) will serve as the external evaluator for the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) at Minot State University under the Disability Innovation Fund (DIF) initiative (CFDA #84.421F). This partnership supports the transformation of education, career development, and competitive integrated employment for youth and adults with disabilities. WIND will develop and implement a comprehensive, mixed-methods evaluation plan in collaboration with NDCPD, aligning with the funder's logic model and grant objectives. The evaluation will include both formative and summative components, utilizing pre/post and retrospective assessments, satisfaction surveys, and qualitative interviews. Deliverables include quarterly dashboards, annual reports, and a final summative evaluation report, ensuring timely, actionable insights to guide continuous improvement and federal compliance throughout the life of the grant.
