Project Description:

In collaboration with Dane County Out of Home Care (OHC), we are leading efforts to understand barriers to autism screening in foster care through a pilot grant. In partnership with end-users, we will use the Exploration, Preparation, Implementation and Sustainment (EPIS) framework and leverage an Implementation Mapping process to develop targeted implementation strategies for autism screening and care navigation within OHC.
