Project Description:
The purpose of this Agreement for the "University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for its Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities in the School of Medicine" (hereinafter referred to as "UNC-CH") to supply and/or provide the Angelman Syndrome Foundation, a nonprofit corporation, and the Dup15q Alliance, a nonprofit corporation ("the 15q Parties") permission to access, use and disclose Participant/Patient Data for their 15q Clinical Research Network (CRN) projects while also enabling UNC-CH to use such reports, tools, and resources of the 15q CRN projects to support health care operations, quality improvement activities, and research.
