Project Description:
The Idaho Competitive Integrated Employment (ICIE) Center, funded by the Idaho Pathways to Partnerships project, aims to improve the transition of children and youth with disabilities to competitive integrated employment (CIE). Housed at the University of Idaho's Center on Disability and Human Development (CDHD), ICIE will develop a statewide support system for youth with disabilities aged 10-24, their families, and community partners. This initiative will enhance access to the knowledge and skills needed for effective transition planning, leading to better postsecondary outcomes in community engagement and CIE.
