        Project Description:
        The Wyoming Institute for Disabilities will accomplish timely and accurate administration of the Inventory for Client and Agency Planning (ICAP) throughout the cities, counties and towns of Wyoming.  The ICAP instrument is important to the Division of Developmental Disabilities, Wyoming Department of Health because of its prominent position in establishing clinical eligibility for both the adult and children's home and community based waivers as well as its role in establishing individualized budget amounts for all eligible adults and children.
