Project Description:

FY 24: $8,333 FY 25: $8,333 FY 26: $8,333 FY 27: $8,333 FY 28: $8,333 5-Year Total: $41,666 Students Tackling Autism-Related Syndromes (STARS) helps autistic students successfully complete college and develop the necessary tools to thrive in life and career. STARS Connects aims to build capacity by assisting forward-thinking companies to begin their own inclusive hiring programs through serving as a community resource in providing awareness, sensitivity training, research, and updated information to aide in navigating and improving the pathway to inclusive onboarding and employee retention.
