Project Description:
The Institute for Developmental Disabilities in cooperation with the AVP Housing Department under the category of Collaborative Advisory Service and Technical Assistance proposes to establish and evaluate an Educational competency-based human resource development program. The project aims to provide training and technical assistance to administrative and direct service of privatization that administer Public Residential PR and central Office of AVP in practices based on evidence, for the provision of services to people with disabilities staff . For this purpose 17 groups with a minimum of 20 will train up to 40 participants per group. Each workshop consists of 4 days per group. The DDI projects and is available to offer their services in order to: Independent promote the right of life of people with disabilities. Provide support for the training of human resources in the provision of services to persons with developmental disability and cognitive disability. Promote quality and excellence service for people with developmental disability and cognitive disability. The project is aimed at providing support for the training of human resources to serve as a provider of various services to people with developmental disability and disability. Each activity (technical assistance, training, intervention) will be evaluated by participants. In addition, the change will be measured participants' knowledge on the topics presented by the administration of pre and post test. After the schedule of trainings, the final evaluation report thereof to the AVP will be delivered.
