Project Description:

The Wisconsin State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG), Improving Academic and Behavioral Results for Children with Disabilities through Sustained Research Based Professional Development is a professional development initiative that is an extension of the Wisconsin State Performance Plan for Children with Disabilities, Parts C and B. The goal of this grant is to assist the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction to reform and improve personnel preparation and professional development systems for teachers, principals, administrators, related services personnel, paraprofessionals, early intervention personnel and parents.
