Project Description:
The FEL project is funded by the VT DOE, SIG grant and seeks to improve the capacity of early childhood, early interventionists and early childhood special educators to meet the social emotional competence and literacy skills of children with disabilities by providing training, technical assistance, coaching and mentoring.
