        To improve early identification of autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities among children birth to 5 years in at-risk families and infants and toddlers birth to 12 months, the Wisconsin LEND, UCEDD, and MCH/CYSHCN (Title V) programs partnered to integrate "Learn the Signs. Act Early." campaign materials and messaging into home visiting and prenatal care coordination programs that serve approximately 10,000 families annually.
