Product Description:

This poster describes the development, implementation, and evaluation of a disability-affirming professional development initiative for Direct and Dedicated Aides in DC schools. Co-presented with a Direct/Dedicated Aide partner, it highlights findings from mixed-methods research, pilot training, and family engagement, and offers recommendations for strengthening workforce development and inclusive educational practices.
