Product Description:

GUCEDD Associate Director led the development of a mixed-methods report examining the experiences, training needs, and professional supports of Direct and Dedicated Aides serving students with disabilities. Drawing on focus groups, parent interviews, and pilot training findings, the report provides recommendations for workforce development, reflective practice, credentialing, and systems-level improvements to strengthen inclusive educational supports.
