Product Description:

This study analyzes how business factors—including size, industry, and location—shape employer perceptions and practices regarding the hiring and retention of individuals with disabilities. Findings indicate that company size and labor shortages are significant predictors of disability employment, suggesting a need for targeted outreach to small businesses, policy intervention, and educational initiatives to create inclusive opportunities.
