Product Description:

Community Compass supports Idaho youth with disabilities (ages 10–24) as they plan for life after high school. Through interactive interviews, skills training, and partner resources, participants build self-advocacy, explore career pathways, and connect with community supports. The program helps youth develop plans for adulthood, gain employment skills, and confidently navigate school, work, and independent living.
