This study examines the Hand in Hand Foundations Course, a professional development program promoting educator well-being and connection-based caregiving in early childhood settings. Using listening partnerships and relational tools, 61 educators across 21 states reported improved emotional regulation, connection, and classroom climate. Findings suggest that centering relational health can reduce burnout and enhance inclusive, trauma-responsive early learning environments.
