Examining the relationship between stressful life events, adaptive behavior, and mental health symptoms in adults with intellectual disability.
Product Description:
Adults with intellectual disability often face unique challenges related to negative stressful life events. However, the relationships between negative stressful life events, adaptive behavior, and mental health symptoms in this population remain underexplored. This study used secondary data from The Ohio State University Nisonger Center Rehabilitation Research and Training Center Prevalence Study to examine these relationships in adults with intellectual disability and their study partners.
