Product Description:

Since Next Chapter Book Club (NCBC) began in 2002, staff have assembled a lending library for adults with IDD that now offers 200+ titles that are accessible, relevant, and entertaining. NCBC staff have also attempted to address a gap in "Hi-Lo" literature by writing three books of short stories, plays, and poems geared toward adults with IDD. In this presentation, NCBC staff and members suggested titles and discussed a variety of book features that appeal to people with IDD.
