This manuscript reports on the impact of Watch Me! training on childcare providers' knowledge and attitudes related to conducting developmental monitoring. There was a significant post-training increase in perceived knowledge of developmental monitoring and ability to list recommended types of referrals when there is a concern about a child's development.
