Kaitlin Bagley, MPH

Senior Program Manager

Maternal and Child Health Engagement


Prior to joining AUCD, Kaitlin was a public health analyst with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB). While with MCHB, Kaitlin served as a project officer for the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program and the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) program. Additionally, she supported division-wide performance measurement and communications initiatives. She also served as co-chair for MCHB's staff led equity workgroup, and co-president for the HRSA Pride employee resource group.

Kaitlin earned their MPH from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and their BA in Biology from Carleton College. Outside the office, Kaitlin coaches group fitness classes at a local gym. They live in Saint Paul, MN with their two dogs.
