Jessica McKenty-Nuttall is the Senior Program Manager for the UCEDD Resource Center. She has experience in disability policy, program development, and cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on advancing systems that support individuals with disabilities and their families. Prior to joining AUCD, she served as a Director within The Arc’s network, where she led initiatives across early intervention and K-12 systems and contributed to state and federal policy and systems-level efforts.

She also previously worked at the UConn Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), supporting a federally funded national technical assistance center and collaborating with partners across more than 30 states. Jessica brings expertise in UCEDD systems, IDEA, and Medicaid-funded services. She holds a BS in Medical Studies from DeSales University, a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from Bay Path University, and is completing her MPA at West Chester University in May 2026. She looks forward to supporting and collaborating with the UCEDD network.
