Jessica McKenty-Nuttall is the Senior Program Manager for the UCEDD Resource Center (URC), where she oversees program activities that elevate the impact of the UCEDD Network and address emerging needs within the disability community. In this role, she supports University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDDs) as members of AUCD while advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen the Network's national impact.
Jessica brings more than a decade of experience in disability advocacy, program development, and cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on elevating grassroots initiatives to inform national perspectives and systems change. Prior to joining AUCD, she served as Director of Advocacy at a chapter within The Arc network for seven years, where she led disability advocacy, education, and technical assistance programs across the lifespan that impacted more than 1,000 individuals, families, and professionals annually.
Jessica also previously worked at the UConn UCEDD, supporting an OSEP-funded technical assistance center focused on early intervention and collaborating with partners across more than 30 states. Jessica brings expertise in UCEDD systems, IDEA, nonprofit management, and governance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies from DeSales University, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Bay Path University, and a Master of Public Administration from West Chester University.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys indoor cycling, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends in her Lehigh Valley, PA community.
