Project Description:

The State Improvement Grant is a movement toward a systemic framework that will move us away from historically disparate activities and into an integrated and systematic approach founded on sound data analysis that seeks to maximize the impact of Personnel Development initiatives by minimizing duplication of effort and through the support of four functions critical to effective Personnel Development. Those four functions include: information development, information dissemination, sustained learning, and building capacity.
