Project Description:
Connect Wyoming (http://wind.uwyo.edu/connect/) is part of the Information Dissemination Unit of the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND). Connect Wyoming uses different ways to spread human services information across Wyoming: (a) the Pathways Plus database, (b) a dynamic state-wide calendar of human service events; (c) a monthly e-mail newsletter. Pathways Plus is a searchable database of over 3,500 human services programs from each county in Wyoming, as well as some regional and national providers. It is accessible online or on CD. Listings include state agencies, county programs, service organizations and support groups. Special search pages provide focused access to the database in the areas of Medicaid Waiver services, breast cancer resources, substance abuse / prevention programs and services for seniors. Print directories of services are available for download or by mail.
