Project Description:

SPRING is a federally funded US Department of Education grant. The purpose of the grant is to support parents in accessing services for their children, provide parent education, develop linkages with schools. The grant funded 4 demonstration projects that were all located in local schools and served an underserved populations, 10 Parents as Teachers projects, Statewide training offerings, and a Parent Informational Line. MMI was responsible for evaluating the efficacy of the project.
