Project Description:

Telecommunications Device Distribution Program- PUC is the consumer-facing component of the Telecommunications Device Distribution Program in Pennsylvania, which provides free distance communication devices to people who have a disability that prevents them from using a standard telecommunications device. It also includes up to two hours of consumer support.
