Transition-to-Work Evaluation

The scope of work is to provide third-party evaluation services for the Youth in Transition grant. The evaluation will: 1) To provide an account of how the Youth in Transition project is bringing about systems change and provide transition services for youth with disabilities. Referred to in research literature as “assessing program theory”, this objective will produce a description of the structure, functions, and procedures used to obtain the project’s goals. And, it will provide a detailed examination of the specific conditions and key factors that impact the success of the project. To evaluate the specific activities, or “promising practices” that are considered instrumental in achieving the goals and objectives of the project.
