Project Description:
The goal of the National Center for Dignity in Healthcare and Community Living for People with Disabilities is to lead the nation's charge to identify and reduce life-limiting inequities in healthcare, community living, and justice for people with disabilities. The Center has five goals centered on a disability-led community of practice, development of practical resources for people with disabilities and the healthcare and related providers of supports and services, and contributing to the knowledge base about the cultural and linguistic implications of healthcare.
