Project Description:
The proposed curricula topic will focus on Disability Experience as a foundational component of neurodevelopmental and disability leadership training. Disability experience refers to how individuals and their families understand and integrate disability as part of their personal and social experiences, and community factors that influence health. The curriculum will explore disability through developmental, social, community factors, and systems-based frameworks.
