Project Description:
The Ohio Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) program has used HiTrack for many years to help with their EHDI tracking and data management needs. Because of recent staff turnovers, they realized that they were not using the information from HiTrack's reports and tools as efficiently as possible. Consequently, the Ohio Department of Health awarded NCHAM a 12-month contract for $50,000 to do a thorough review of their EHDI-related processes and procedures. Based on the results of that review, NCHAM has provided technical assistance to help them improve the EHDI system and to provide more efficient and effective EHDI services.
