Community of Action: College Transitions

Project Description:

Develop and implement two 8-hour online training courses with aIncreased awareness of college options among neurodivergent students, students with IDD, and their families. ● Improved college readiness for approximately 80 students (40 in Cohort 1 and 40 in Cohort 2) ● Development of individualized action plans created with support from a Transition Coach. ● Increased family and student confidence and capacity to advocate during IEP and transition planning meetings. ● Financial support to offset college application fees.
