Yellowstone Snowmobile Education Course
Project Description:
Eppley designed and implemented the Yellowstone National Park Snowmobile Education Certification (YSEC) online course in 2014 in response to the Non-commercially Guided Snowmobile Access Program (N-CGSAP) to permit snowmobile operators entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Eppley continues to provide hosting and maintenance services for the Yellowstone Snowmobile Education Certificate. The current period of performance for this hosting and maintenance is 2/1/26 – 1/31/27. The IU IIDC - Eppley Center Responsibilities include:
•Secure 24-hour, 7 day-a-week hosting on a secure and reliable infrastructure
•Help desk tier 1 support and tier 2 support during business hours
•Help desk tier 3 support in the form of ticket response within five business days
•Critical course fixes in the form of content accuracy and technical functionality
•Usage monitoring: course enrollment and completion data provided quarterly; formal report provided annually
