Project Description:
This project will establish a sustainable, national peer support network to increase access to and use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) for individuals with speech-related disabilities. This national AAC peer support network will be designed by and for people with speech-related disabilities and will help them access and use AAC. The network will help
AAC users connect with peers, access support, and strengthen their ability to participate in
community life, education, and employment.
