Project Description:
A U.S. Department of Labor–registered apprenticeship program preparing the next generation of behavioral health aides with specialized skills in care coordination for children, youth, families, and justice-involved individuals. Steps 2 Success combines online coursework with hands-on experience to prepare individuals for rewarding careers in behavioral health. Apprentices gain the knowledge, mentorship, and nationally recognized credentials needed to thrive in this fast-growing field.
